Nicole St. Clair Knobloch is currently working as a freelance writer, most recently as a speechwriter for Dr. Shirley Ann Jackson, president, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and as a feature writer for Rensselaer Magazine. She focuses on topics of science, sustainability, infrastructure, and the arts. She previously worked for twelve years in policy, strategy and communications, mostly on climate change and oceans issues, holding positions at Ceres, NRDC, EDF, and the Washington office of the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University.
