Beth Miyares is Senior Vice President of Comedy Development at Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group. In this role, she manages day-to-day development of the studio’s comedy slate across a variety of platforms. Miyares joined Universal Television in 2020 and has since been involved in the development of several hit comedy series, including HACKS, LOOT, RUTHERFORD FALLS and AMERICAN AUTO. Previously, Miyares was Senior Vice President of Drama Develeopment and Production at Fox Broadcasting, where her credits included GOTHAM, FRINGE, GLEE, PRISON BREAK and THE OC. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Drama Development at CBS TV Studios, where she was responsible for pilot development and production.
