Ned is a Media producer, data visualizer, science communicator, content strategist, and public liaison for the U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit. With a background in remote sensing, digital mapping techniques, statistics, and stream ecology, Gardiner is a scientist who has shifted focus from research to communications. He has pioneered techniques for integrating satellite and other mapping data into HDTV motion graphics. He works continually to apply information in new ways to help people adapt and thrive without diminishing the conditions for life.
