Liz Norton was a freelance television producer for over ten years (PBS, MTV), with a focus on public policy issues. During the Clinton Administration, Liz was a research director in the White House Office of Communications with a primary focus on crime and drug policy. Before then she ran the PAC Project for Common Cause, a nonpartisan lobbying organization. For twentyfive years Liz has been a director of the Diane and Norman Bernstein Foundation in Washington DC. In 2008, she founded Stone Soup Films, a nonprofit documentary film collaborative, where she currently serves as the Executive Director.
