As an Oregon local, I have dedicated my career path to working with various community organizations. I consider myself to be a passionate and artistically inclined individual, who shares alike the vision for creating and facilitating unique opportunities for youth and adults to use media arts as a means of expression. As the Head of Equity and Digital Inclusion for Open Signal I work across departments to coordinate activities on equity, diversity and digital inclusion for staff, and producers, ensuring equitable access to digital resources to populations who have been historically marginalized and are disproportionately served in the mainstream media industry. Additionally I teach intergenerational workshops in video production, animation and post-production!

My heart work has been in my involvement as a board member, trainer and camp volunteer Big Buddy for The Healing Circle, an organization in Clatsop County that my family started 30 years ago to offer youth summer camps for child survivors of sexual abuse called VOCA (Victory Over Child Abuse).
