The Client Success Manager is an active member of the Client Service team that delivers TRG’s data-driven, best practice counsel aimed at achieving revenue and patronage results for each client. Specifically, the Client Success Manager:
Serves as lead on designated consulting projects and deliverables including Baseline Assessments, Revenue Accelerator Essentials, direct response campaign planning, and demand management assignments.
Responsible for the strategic management of high touch data services clients and Community Network Partners, maintaining and growing client retention, and profitability.
Through excellent customer service and project management, serve as the central point of client communications for assigned portfolio.
