Job Summary

A top-of-the-line video producer, the Sr. Video and Multimedia Producer will know how to combine creativity with superior planning to develop successful video products and outcomes. Creativity, enthusiasm, and reliability will be key.  She/He will be a seasoned professional managing a team of Video experts and Consultants. A storyteller at heart, she/he is a key collaborator with agency stakeholders and departmental teams to strategize video concepts that will build the CRS brand and advance agency goals. Working alongside other writers in Marketing and Communications (MarCom), she/he will work to promote CRS’s brand tone and voice, both internally and externally.

 

In this role, the Sr. Video and Multimedia Producer will assist with the creative direction, helping to develop strategies and campaigns for multiple projects.  Working collaboratively with creative peers, she/he will work to plan and balance the Creative Team’s workload across agency priorities. She/he will also establish close working relationships with the Creative team and MarCom as well as with colleagues in the U.S. and abroad to deliver the highest quality of work.

 

 

Roles and Key Responsibilities

 

Works with the Creative Director, and directly with peers (Design, Photo, Brand) to help set creative strategy for all campaigns
Partner with internal stakeholders to establish strategies and creative approaches for video and multimedia storytelling
Works with Video and Multimedia Lead to refine and uphold all visual standards per the CRS brand
Works with Content Writer for scriptwriting and copywriting while socializing the CRS brand voice and tone
Leads creative direction and content strategies to build the CRS Digital Marketing channels
Supports and encourage dynamic partnerships throughout the creative team and agency
Excellent strategic communication, both in person and in writing
Oversees the planning and structuring of projects, and keeping projects within deadlines
Works closely with appropriate team members to achieve client objectives and keeping them up to date on project status
Trains and mentors support team members, and assisting them with creative tasks and technical details
Champions brand standards and ensures CRS’s materials are consistent on the brand look and feel across all channels and mediums.
 

Management

 

Manages the work of multiple functions within the video team.
Leads cross-functional projects within CRS.
Directs, course correct and grows a highly productive team of video/multimedia experts expressing the look and feel (visual language) of the brand in everything we create
Manages vendors

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in film, media video production or related field
Minimum of  4-6  yrs. experience as a video producer or video editor in a creatively driven advertising agency or in-house creative team, developing and tracking schedules and assets
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience .
Ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video products
Ability to produce exceptional multi-media for use on a variety of platforms
Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut X and After Effects
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking
Excellent editing skills with an emphasis on sophisticated animation and motion graphics using existing assets
Skilled in negotiation, planning and budgeting
Self-starter, highly motivated, a team player and can adapt to dynamic environment changes
Ability to take ideas and turn them into a multi-media experience that tells an engaging story
Deadline focused and goal oriented
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Excellent managerial and organizational skills
Proficient on a Mac or PC and proficient in Microsoft products
Preferred Qualifications

Expert in Premiere/After Effects
Experience working on integrated campaigns
Advertising/Campaign experience
Working knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Demonstrated working knowledge of: (1) Catholic Church organizational structures and (2) Catholic Social Teaching.
Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point as well as other platforms.
